Job Description

Telstra Health is seeking a First Response Counsellor to provide trauma-informed support across phone, video, web chat and SMS in a fast-paced contact centre.

n

Part-time or full-time roles with work-from-home flexibility; you'll conduct risk assessments, provide counselling and referrals, and connect clients to safety pathways using Teams and CRM systems.

You'll have a relevant bachelor's degree, current skilled registration, and at least three years of counselling experience.
