Job Description

n

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following but not be limited to:

n

n
- Coordinate month‐end and year‐end financial close processes
n
- Oversee and review timely reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts each reporting period
n
- Apply accounting standards and internal controls to maintain accurate and reliable financial reporting
n
- Review and lodge GST and PAYG returns in collaboration with the Group Tax Accounting team
n
- Lead statutory audit processes (internal and external) and liaise with external advisors
n
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities with operational leaders and the Senior Financial Controller
n
- Analyse financial results and communicate reports across the organisation, with a focus on key KPIs
n




- Assist with financial modelling for new business opportunities and strategic projects
n
- Provide training and development for direct reports
n
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives
n

The Successful Applicant

n

n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Solid technical accounting knowledge, particularly IFRS
n
- Understanding of monthly management reporting cycles
n
- Knowledge of financial accounting processes and internal controls
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Experience using an ERP
n
- Ability to work with stakeholders across all management levels
n
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
n
- Adaptable and flexible in a changing environment
n
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet KPIs
n
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities
n
