Help Customers Get Road-Ready – join the Autobarn family as a Sales Assistant! We have an exciting prospect for a Retail Sales Assistant to join the team and make an impact! You will play a key role in supporting the team, driving sales performance, and helping to create a positive experience for our loyal customer base. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and achieving store targets.

What You'll Do

- Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice to customers

- Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets

- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment

- Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control

- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices
