We are seeking a passionate and driven Centre Director to lead a well-established small not-for-profit childcare centre in Pymble.

The Role

As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the service, ensuring high standards of education, care, compliance, and team engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of educators
- Ensuring compliance with NQS, EYLF, and regulatory requirements
- Driving a positive centre culture focused on quality and continuous improvement




- Building strong relationships with families, children, and the community
- Managing day-to-day operations including staffing, occupancy, and budgeting
- Overseeing curriculum planning and pedagogical leadership

About You

- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Centre Director or strong Assistant Director ready to step up
- In-depth knowledge of NQS, EYLF, and compliance requirements
- Robust leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality early learning in a community setting
- Current Working With Children Check
