The Role
This is a genuine mixed Property & Commercial Law role, offering exposure to quality, interesting and complex matters.
- Residential and commercial property sales and acquisitions;
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for sale;
- Commercial leasing matters;
- Property transactions and settlements; and
- Providing practical advice to individuals, investors, developers and business clients.
- Business sales and acquisitions;
- Complex transactions involving multi-entity businesses and structures;
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements;
- Shareholder, partnership and other business agreements;
- Corporate and commercial advisory work; and
- Providing ongoing commercial advice to established business clients.
You will have strong secretarial support, allowing you to focus on your legal work, client relationships and continued professional development.
About You
- A minimum of 2 years PAE in property and/or commercial law;
- A genuine interest in property and commercial law;
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
- A skilled, practical and client-focused approach; and
- The ability to work collaboratively.
