Senior Business Analyst - Technology & Innovation Projects – RSM Australia

Location: Sydney (preferred; Perth and other locations considered).

About the role

n

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to partner with senior leaders and drive RSM's technology strategy forward. This high-impact role focuses on project work, including building and running automation solutions, leading AI and automation projects, and playing a key role in AI Bootcamps—an initiative that has earned RSM an AFR award.

What You'll Do

n

- Engage with senior stakeholders to identify business improvements and technology opportunities
n
- Translate business needs into actionable insights and solutions
n
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, driving adoption and value
n
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development
n
- Collaborate with program managers to implement innovative solutions
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Professional services experience is essential
n
- Minimum 3‐5 years' experience in a similar role
n
- Robust knowledge of IT systems and business process improvement
n
- Excellent communication, analytical,



and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Ability to work independently and lead projects
n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Information Technology
n
- Experience with Change Management and project methodologies (Agile, Six Sigma)
