Salt Search has partnered with a sustainable fashion brand that uses eco-friendly materials and ethical production practices to craft women's wear designed to inspire, empower, and celebrate the diverse female form. They are experiencing hyper growth with their in-store retail presence in Bali and a global e-commerce community.

They are seeking an experienced Partnerships & Events Manager who wants the exciting prospect to relocate from Australia to Bali and take ownership of global collaborations, influencer strategy, and brand-defining events.

Responsibilities

Partnerships & Growth

n

n
- Lead global partnerships across brand collaborations, influencers, affiliates, and ambassadors
n
- Identify, secure and negotiate high-impact partnerships (including contracts, usage rights and deliverables)
n
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, ensuring measurable outcomes across brand equity and revenue
n

n

Events & Brand Experience

n

n
- Conceptualise and deliver brand activations, launches, retreats and community events
n
- Oversee budgets, vendors, logistics and execution
n
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure cohesive storytelling and amplification
n

n

Leadership

n

n
- Lead and develop a small team
n
- Build scalable processes and report on performance and ROI
n

n

Experience Required

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, brand collaborations, or events
n




- Background in fashion, lifestyle, wellness, or purpose-led brands is highly regarded
n
- Strong negotiation skills with talent and agents
n
- Deep understanding of contracts, usage rights, and campaign structures
n
- Experience leading and developing a team
n
- Highly organised, commercially minded, and detail-oriented
n
