Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, multi-stream projects for major brands, partnering closely with creative, strategy, media, and production teams to deliver high-quality work with clarity and momentum.

In this role, you'll shape operational best practices, drive efficiencies across teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior internal and client stakeholders. You'll also play a key role in coaching and developing junior Project Managers and Coordinators.

What You'll Do

- Lead planning and execution for complex, multi-workstream projects or full program portfolios for key accounts.
n
- Own project scope, timeline, and budgets across multiple simultaneous initiatives.
n
- Identify risks early and drive solutions that keep deliverables on track.
n
- Refine and enforce project management standards, workflows, and best practices across teams.

Stakeholder & Team Management

n

n
- Build strong relationships with senior internal and client stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparent communication.
n
- Partner with cross-functional leaders (Creative, Media, Strategy, Production) to define operational needs and resource plans.
n
- Mentor and support junior Project Managers and Coordinators, fostering growth and collaboration within the department.

- Set clear expectations with all contributors, including clients, internal teams, and external partners.

- Maintain accountability for project quality and delivery, ensuring work meets both strategic and executional standards.

- Lead challenging conversations constructively, focusing on solutions and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

n

n
- 5+ years of project management experience in a creative, media, production, consulting, or agency environment
n
- Strong background managing large, multi-disciplinary digital/social/integrated projects
n
- Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet)
n
- Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills
n
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
