Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Roll Form Operator to join our Rockhampton manufacturing team.

About The Role
n
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating roll forming machinery to manufacture steel roofing and building products to customer specifications. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality products safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
n

- Set up and operate roll forming machinery
n
- Manufacture products to customer specifications and quality standards
n
- Read and interpret production schedules and work orders
n
- Conduct quality checks and measurements throughout production
n
- Perform routine machine inspections and basic maintenanceAssist with material handling and movement of finished products
n
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
n
- Work closely with production and dispatch teams to meet customer deadlines
n
n
About You
n
n
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
n
- Experience with roll forming or sheet metal processing highly regarded
n
- Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
n
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
n
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
n
- Mechanical aptitude and problem‐solving skills
n
- Reliable, punctual, and team‐focused attitude
n
