Wait staff / Bartenders Wanted Monday to Friday Role

Mordeois currently seeking a section waitperson and a bartender to join our team.

We are a busy restaurant and bar located in the heart of the CBD above Martin place. Serving a regular corporate clientele Monday through till Friday. Beautiful location and a very modern fit out. Shifts are Monday through till Friday.

To be successful you must

- have at least 2 years experience
- able to run a section
- Good knowledge of wines is preferred but training will be provided




- have a fun and energetic and outgoing personality
- have great personal appearance
- have a passion for hospitality

- Have a strong work ethic and be a hands on operator
- Posses excellent people and communication skills
- Have strong organisational skills
- Have strong knowledge including cocktails, wine, beer and spirits
- Show a positive, vibrant and enthusiastic personality
- Lead by example
- Be able to maintain a calm demeanour in a fast paced, high intensity environment
- Be up to date with current bar and industry trends
- Have a passion for people and the hospitality industry
