Our client is a successful and well-established professional services firm that specializes in accounting and financial advice, located on Brisbane's city fringe.
n An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Client Services Officer to join their team. You will be joining a supportive and team-oriented team, working alongside other CSOs, supporting a team of financial advisers.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
n
n
- Provide full support to financial advisers in a team structure
n
- Handle compliance processes - OFA and annual agreements
n
- Full implementation of advice
n
- Managing the client database (Xplan)
n
- Complete investment portfolio reconciliations
n
- Manage projects - e.g. bulk client updates/communications
n
- Follow up with clients/product providers
n
- Ad-hoc administration duties and assist with client queries
n
- Liaise with offshore admin team
n
n
About You:
n
n
- 3+ years previous experience in a CSO/financial planning support position
n
- Relevant degree is favorable but not mandatory
n
- Experience using Xplan
n
- Familiar with various areas of financial advice such as superannuation, personal insurance, investments, retirement planning
n
- Experience with FDS and fee agreement processes
n
- Experience completing implementation of advice
n
- Previous experience working with outsourced admin staff will be favorable
n
n
Salary is flexible depending on experience, circa $70,000 - $75,000 + super.
