Senior Account Manager | Confectionery & Insurance | Up to $95k inc

This boutique creative advertising agency is seeking a switched-on Senior Account Manager to join their fun + collaborative team1

The role:

As a Senior Account Manager you’ll be an expert at building trusted relationships with clients, suppliers and your team to ensure client objectives and expectations are exceeded. You’ll have autonomy to run your own projects and be client FACING , whilst having support of the wider team.

As the Senior Account Manager will have exceptional communication, time management, negotiation skills, campaign budget experience, superior attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

More specifically you will focus on:

- Working closely with the Group Account Director to build a positive relationship with the client and team.
- Own campaign delivery including client management, timelines, writing creative briefs and managing feedback across multiple clients
- Build a strong knowledge of the client’s business, regularly sharing updates with the team
- Manage financial requirements – quoting, PO’s, Invoicing




- Provide input on new processes and workflows
- Oversee client reporting

About you

- You are either an Account Manager wanting to step up, or a Senior Account Manager wanting a change.
- Min 4+ years experience in an agency or marketing related role
- You are a passionate marketing or advertising who is switched on and driven
- Great people skills. Ability to build rapport and trusted relationships with all stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables
