What You’ll Do
As the Assistant Store Manager (2IC), you’ll be the Store Manager’s key partner and help drive the overall success of the store.
You will
- Coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance
- Lead exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor
- Support day-to-day operations, stock management and visual standards
- Help create a positive, inclusive and high-energy team culture
- Confidently lead the store when the Store Manager is away
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous Assistant Store Manager, 2IC or retail leadership experience
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Experience driving sales and achieving KPIs
- Confidence working in a quick-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong operational and organisational skills
- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the floor
- A genuine passion for customers, people and retail
Experience in retail is preferred, although strong leaders from hospitality or other high-volume customer environments are also encouraged to apply.
