Kennedys is seeking an Associate (2+ PQE) to join our Sydney‑based Insurance Litigation practice, working closely with APAC Managing Partner James Melvin as part of a nationally integrated and globally connected team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a capable Associate looking to deepen their technical expertise while gaining early exposure to complex, high‑quality matters and leading insurer clients.
The role
You will work on a broad range of contentious insurance matters, with a focus on technically complex and high‑value disputes. The work is varied, often fast‑paced, and frequently involves collaboration with colleagues across Australia and the wider Kennedys global network.

About You You will be:
- An Associate with 2+ years' PQE gained in insurance litigation or a closely related disputes practice
- Technically strong,
detail‑oriented and commercially aware
- Confident managing matters with appropriate supervision
- A collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
