Richglen Maintenance Services is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team for an 18 month fixed-term contract in the Blackwater Area. This role is based on-site, with meals and accommodation provided, and offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule (38 hours per week), with potential overtime when required.

About the Role

n

As a Project Manager – Field Maintenance, you will:

n

n
- Lead and manage the project team, ensuring the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
n
- Oversee all aspects of the project, including formal contract documentation, schedules, budget tracking and performance reporting.
n
- Manage, motivate, and coordinate team members to achieve project success.
n
- Ensure strict adherence to commercial contracts, engineering standards, and safety regulations.
n
- Provide mentorship and coaching to support continuous improvement.
n

Ideal Candidates

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- A Mechanical or Electrical trade background.
n
- Dragline Experience preferred.
n
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
n
- The ability to build scope of works from tender documentation.
n
- Proven experience delivering medium and large-scale projects.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
n
- Solid leadership, time management, and communication skills.
n
- A commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
n
