An Australian-owned, based, and regulated non-bank lender with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Hong Kong, and Shanghai, specializing in Australian residential home loans. They have operation in the Philippines and are seeking a Multimedia Developer to join their team and support their growth.

Responsibilities

n

As a Multimedia Developer, you will be part of the team providing support for the Manila office. We are seeking a highly motivated Multimedia Developer to join the Marketing team. You will be involved in all aspects of marketing initiatives with a strong focus on multimedia creation, as well as taking responsibility for corporate websites maintenance and development.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, conducting code reviews, setting coding standards, and guiding the team in best practices.
n
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using best practices in web development. Optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance, and accessibility.
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including performance bottlenecks, bugs, and user interface issues.
n
- Lead SEO and SEM projects including creation and maintenance of landing pages
n
- Work with the Marketing team on any UX/UI design projects
n
- Maintain and enhance Marketing platform, conduct testing and research on different software programs when required
n
- Developing skills and expertise in appropriate software and programming languages
n
- Other ad doc duties as required
n

Qualifications

- Job‐specific skills, qualifications, and experience
n
- Advanced proficiency in WordPress
n
- Advanced proficiency in video editing software e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro
n
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, PDF, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
n
- Strong knowledge of online marketing tools e.g. MailChimp, Google Ads, GA4, GSC, GTM.
n
- Knowledge and experience in UX/UI design will be an advantage
n
- Inter‐personal skills:
n
- Solid attention to detail, a mature positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
- Willing to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
n
- A team player who demonstrates enthusiasm, resilience and ethical behaviour
