Recruitment Manager at Australian Health Professionals | Allied Health

NDIS/Community - Inner-west Sydney NSW

Permanent Full-time (Or part time 2 or 3 days p/w)

Commence in July or August 2025

The Role:

n

At AHP (Australian Health Professionals), we deliver high-quality allied health services across NDIS, community and home care. United by a shared purpose, our team is driven to improve lives through compassionate, personalised, and outcome-focused care.

n

You'll support a varied caseload, delivering assessments, interventions, and ongoing therapy in clients' homes and community settings.

n

All of your admin is covered: NDIS paperwork, service arrangement, billings, submissions of reports and risk assessments.

n

What We Offer:

- Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (based on experience) + superannuation + employee benefits!

- Location: Inner-west Sydney NSW!

Skills & Requirements:

n

n
- Passionate about person-centred, evidence-based care.
n




- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team & eager to grow professionally and support positive client outcomes.
n
- Experience in NDIS, aged care, or community settings.
n
- Qualification as a Speech Pathologist + SPA Registration.
n
- NDIS Workers Screening Check & National Police Check.
n
- Up to date with Flu (2025) & COVID-19 Vaccinations (X3).
n
- Full working rights in Australia.
n
