Your Role

n

As a Technical Documentation Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our technical documents and processes are current, accessible, and maintained to the highest quality. You will:

- Prepare and manage technical documents, including standards, specifications, processes, procedures, and guidelines.
n
- Coordinate workflows and reporting for the Engineering Management System.
n
- Work closely with subject matter experts across Engineering, Asset, Maintenance, and Projects to ensure documentation meets compliance and quality standards.
n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Develop, update, and maintain technical documents under the guidance of the Head of Engineering Standards and Systems.
n
- Ensure technical documents follow established formatting and style guides.
n
- Manage configuration control and status accounting using approved tools.
n




- Coordinate Engineering Management System actions and workflows (e.g., Engineering Change, Waivers, Concessions, Type Approvals).
n
- Act as the primary contact for standards and engineering change queries.
n
- Prepare reports and perform administrative tasks, including meeting coordination and action tracking.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Degree or qualifications in Engineering/Technology (preferred), Communications, or Policy.
n
- Demonstrated experience in technical writing and documentation.
n
- Strong English language writing, editing, and communication skills.
n
- Experience in regulated industries such as transport or similar.
n
- Ability to translate complex technical information into explicit, concise documentation.
n
- Proficiency in MS Word and Adobe Professional.
