The Opportunity

Due to growth in the region, we are seeking an experienced, organised, and motivated client-focused Site Manager to join our Shepparton team.

The Role

n

n
- Successfully deliver quality Homes for our Clients
n
- Scheduling Trades and Subcontractors on site
n
- Ensuring OH&S; obligations are met weekly
n
- Ensure the quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines
n
- Liaising with clients and delivering great customer service
n
- Monitoring and controlling ETS budget
n

About You





n

n
- Minimum 12 Months Experience in Site Management.
n
- Solid Ability to Manage the Building Process from start to finish
n
- You are willing to be a team player
n
- Motivated and driven
n
- A customer-focused person with good communication skills and
n
- a positive can-do attitude
n
