With circa 130 locations & over 100,000 Self Storage spaces across Australia & New Zealand we are looking to engage a CFO to look after the fiscal health of the organisation and take a strategic role in the future direction.

The role will oversee the financial position of the organisation, through our people and financial operating platform. Interpret and analyse data to advise the company and board. Playing a key role in the future performance and direction of the business.

Building strong relationships with stakeholders, financial institutions, auditors, and consultants.

Working closely with everyone in the organisation and as part of the executive team you will add significant value to the business.

In addition to the self-storage operation, Kennards is a large property owner, and we continue to source and acquire new properties, experience in valuations, feasibilities, and acquisitions is desirable.

You will Lead:

- A dynamic, engaged finance Team.
- Financial planning and analysis
- Cash management including treasury.
- Debt finance and relationships
- Accounting activities & financial operations

With the ability to demonstrate:

- Develop and maintain business partnerships
- Constructive communication and negotiating skills
- Deep financial expertise
- A focus and understanding of data & improving financial outcomes
