We are looking for an enthusiastic andexperienced Assistant Parts Manager to be part of our Revesby team.

n

This permanent, full time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys developing people, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

What You'll Do:

n

n
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department, supporting the Parts Manager.
n
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers by identifying and supplying the correct parts.
n
- Manage parts enquiries, sales, quotations, invoicing, and daily stock orders.
n
- Maintain accurate inventory through stock control, ordering, receiving, and stocktakes.
n
- Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of parts while working closely with the warehouse team.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
n
- Support departmental performance by assisting with team coordination, training, and achieving sales and customer service targets.
n
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, dealership policies,



and workplace health and safety requirements.

About You:

n

n
- Valid NSW Drivers Licence
n
- Exceptional customer service & organisational skills
n
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
n
- Computer savvy, and able to navigate and learn new systems
n
- A team player with the ability to build rapport with other stakeholders
n
- A self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised
n
