About the Role

We're looking for a Trade Store Manager to lead our Burleigh store. This is a hands‐on role with a great level of autonomy where you'll run day‐to‐day operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional service to our trade customers.

What You'll Do

- Manage daily store operations with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction
n
- Maximise sales through active lead generation and conversion
n
- Oversee inventory management and retail loss prevention
n
- Respond to customer needs with a solutions‐focused approach
n
- Drive performance against KPIs and revenue targets
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
- Background in trade or plastering (highly regarded)
n
- Experience in hardware or trade retail (preferred)
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage operations
n
- Organised, hands‐on, and results‐driven
n
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
n
