The Opportunity

This Finance Business Partner role embedded in the Business Services team, reporting to a Senior Finance Business Partner. You'll sit alongside the decision-makers - partnering with Executive Directors, Divisional Directors and operational leaders to turn numbers into strategy. Broad scope. Real visibility. A genuine chance to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Own the numbers - budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting and variance commentary

n

- Build financial models that drive real decisions - business cases, new initiatives, investment analysis
n




- Be the trusted finance voice for your divisions - present insights, challenge thinking, add value
n
- Deliver high-quality performance reporting against financial and activity targets each month
n
- Support year-end processes and compliance with relevant accounting standards
n
- Drive process improvement and help lift financial literacy across the organisation
n

About You

n

You're a commercially sharp finance professional who thrives in complex environments. You don't just report the numbers - you tell the story behind them. You're confident presenting to senior stakeholders and just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves in Excel.

- 3-4+ years in a Finance Business Partner or commercial finance role
n
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards it
n
- Healthcare experience is essential for this role
n
- Strong modelling skills and an eye for detail
n
- Advanced Excel; Oracle or similar ERP experience is a bonus
n
