As demand for our services continues to expand, we are looking for a talented Construction Lawyer to join our Sydney team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners on a broad range of construction matters, advising clients across the strata and residential construction industry.

The Role

n

You will be involved in a diverse mix of front-end and back-end construction work, including:

n

n
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction and consultancy agreements.
n
- Construction disputes, including litigation, mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
n

n

This role offers significant client contact, responsibility and exposure to high-quality matters from day one.

About You

n

We're interested in lawyers who:

n

n
- Have 2-6 years' post-admission experience.
n
- Have experience in construction law, strata law, commercial litigation, projects, or a related practice area.
n
- Possess strong drafting,



analytical and communication skills.
n
- Are commercially minded and solutions focused.
n
- Enjoy building strong client relationships.
n
