The Opportunity
n
Based in Adelaide, you will manage commercial property claims end-to-end, from first notification through to settlement. You will enjoy a balance of in office assessments and office-based work, engaging with policyholders, insurers, and service providers to deliver fair and timely outcomes in line with regulatory and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Manage claims across the full lifecycle from lodgement to settlement
n
- Conduct site inspections and assess commercial property losses
n
- Review policies to determine coverage and liability
n
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the claims process
n
- Produce clear, high-quality reports and meet SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards
n
- Negotiate and settle claims within delegated authority
n
n
About You
n
n
- Experience in commercial claims or loss adjusting
n
- Solid understanding of general insurance practices
n
- Strong communication and report writing skills
n
- Well organised, analytical, and able to manage competing priorities
n
- Professional, customer-focused, and empathetic in your approach
n
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
n
n
Key Requirements

- Previous experience in loss adjusting or commercial claims
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Loss adjusting qualifications or relevant professional qualifications (preferred)
