About the Role

Konekt Workcare is looking for self‐starting graduates to join a one‐year graduate program in Hobart. As a rehabilitation consultant, you will help Australian workers return to work and maintain well‐being.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers with work‐related or non‐work‐related injuries, or work‐debilitating illnesses
n
- Conducting assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics and activities of daily living
n
- Conducting specialist functional and pre‐employment assessments for corporate customers (e.g., audiometry, spirometry, D&A; testing)
n
- Helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications and interests
n
- Effective case management: plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward return‐to‐work goals
n
- Engaging with key stakeholders and building strong relationships to facilitate business objectives

Qualifications and Requirements

n

n
- A degree in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
n
- Eligibility for AHPRA or ESSA accreditation upon graduation (ESSA must be Accredited Exercise Physiologist, not scientist)
n
- Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2026
n
- Desirable: eligibility for Comcare accreditation
n
- Current Working with Children Check and transparent pre‐employment national criminal check
n
- Full driver's licence (own vehicle not required)
