With offices in key jurisdictions around the world, this is a unique opportunity to work with a prestigious firm renowned for serving the world's top hedge fund managers, private equity firms, and corporations.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Investment Funds team in the Cayman Islands, advising on a diverse range of asset classes, including distressed situation funds, private debt, credit funds, hedge funds, and bespoke structures. You'll contribute to a growing practice, handling high-quality matters while being supported by a highly successful and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Advise global clients on structuring, establishing, and operating fund products.
n
- Review transaction documentation from an Irish law perspective across various structures and jurisdictions.
n
- Prepare, draft, and negotiate fund documentation and agreements.
n
- Manage transactions end-to-end with efficiency and precision.
n
- Engage with domestic and international clients, building strong relationships.
n
- Participate in business development,



promoting the firm and identifying opportunities for new work and cross-selling.
n
- Collaborate within a team, supervising junior lawyers and sharing knowledge and expertise.
n

What You Bring

n

n
- 3-6 years' PQE in investment funds, ideally from a top-tier law firm.
n
- Strong academic background with exceptional written communication and drafting skills.
n
- Outstanding technical expertise and a client-focused approach.
n
- Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues, thriving in a team environment.
n
- Proven organizational skills and a proactive attitude toward business development.
