Position

They are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to partner with the Director of Finance and lead a high-performing team for a 12 month contract. You'll deliver best-practice financial services, provide explicit insights and advice, and support strategic and operational decision-making to drive financial stability and growth.

Responsibilities

n

As a key business partner to the Senior Leadership Team, you'll oversee monthly reporting, analysis and Board reports, while working closely with teams across the organisation to promote collaboration and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

n

n
- CPA/CA qualified with strong governance, compliance, and ethical leadership.
n
- 5+ years' senior finance leadership experience in NFP or complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
n
- Proven strategic financial planning skills and contribution to organisational strategy.
n
- Strong people leader with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
n




- Advanced financial analysis, modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
n
- Deep knowledge of accounting standards.
n
- High proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Sage), Power BI, advanced Excel, and use of AI/automation.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing skills, and experience leading change and finance transformation.
n
- Immediate start based in the Inner West - close to public transport links.
n
- 12-month contract. High chance for the role to become permanent
