Base pay range: A$100,000.00/yr – A$120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

- Assist in feasibility modelling, project reporting and financial analysis
n
- Support DA submissions, consultant coordination, and project delivery
n
- Work closely with a seasoned Development Manager on major projects
n
- Gain exposure across the full lifecycle, from concept to completion
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Development Coordinator looking to step up
n
- Property graduate with 2–4 years' experience in development, consultancy or project management
n
