As a Trainee Early Childhood Educator, the successful candidate will work alongside experienced educators to support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged 18 months to 5 years in a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the education and care of children through play-based learning experiences.
n
- Assist in implementing engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
n
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and team members.
n
- Contribute to creating a safe, welcoming, and nurturing learning environment.
n
- Observe and support children's individual learning and developmental needs.
n
- Assist with daily routines and centre activities while maintaining high standards of care.
n
- Work towards completing a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care through a structured traineeship.
n
