Key Responsibilities
As a Management Associate, your role will be diverse and integral to our operations, including:
Operational & Executive Support: Assist the General Manager in managing day-to-day operations, including client servicing, administrative functions, and project coordination.
Fund Administration: Play a key role in fund operations by liaising with external service providers (e.g., custodians, administrators) to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and reporting.
Marketing & Business Development:
Support the implementation of targeted marketing campaigns and business development activities.
Requirements:
- A recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing or related field.
- As you will be required to handle people of various levels, you should have a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
- A person of high integrity and resourcefulness.
- A resilient individual who thrives under pressure and is adaptable to a steep learning curve.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
