With more than two decades of international property experience and relationships across global markets, we are expanding our Australian operations and are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Real Estate professional to join and help grow the platform.

This is a senior opportunity offering significant autonomy, existing deal flow, global investor access and potential equity participation .

The role goes beyond traditional property agency. You will work across investment sales, acquisitions, capital placement, joint ventures and strategic real estate advisory , connecting property owners and developers with institutional investors, private capital, family offices, lenders and other funding partners across Australia and international markets.

Our Platform

Our international network provides direct access to institutional investors, private equity and real estate funds, family offices, sovereign and pension capital, developers, property owners, banks, private credit providers, hotel owners, operators and international strategic investors.

Our cross-border reach allows Australian opportunities to be introduced directly to capital in markets including Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, the Middle East, Europe and North America , while also providing Australian investors access to international opportunities.

We currently have an active pipeline of transactions and capital mandates across Australia and the wider APAC region.

The Role

You will have the opportunity to originate,



manage and execute transactions across both property advisory and capital markets .

Key responsibilities will include

- Build and maintain senior relationships with property owners, developers, investors, funds, family offices and financial institutions.
- Originate on-market and off-market investment sales opportunities across hotels, Living sectors and commercial real estate.
- Advise owners on positioning, pricing, transaction strategy and buyer selection.
- Identify domestic and international buyers for major property transactions.
- Lead acquisition mandates for investors seeking opportunities across Australia and APAC.
- Source and place equity capital for property acquisitions and developments.
- Identify joint venture and co-investment partners for developers, owners and investment managers.
- Introduce institutional, private equity, family office and private capital to real estate investment opportunities.
- Assist clients with debt and structured capital requirements through relationships with banks, private credit funds and alternative lenders.
- Structure and negotiate complex transactions involving acquisitions, disposals, recapitalisations and capital partnerships.
- Review property financials, investment returns, feasibility studies and transaction structures.
- Prepare investment presentations, information memorandums and capital-raising materials.
- Coordinate due diligence and work closely with legal, valuation, finance and other professional advisers.
- Develop current mandates and identify opportunities through proactive industry networking and direct outreach.
- Represent the business with senior decision-makers across Australia and international markets.

Who we are looking for We are looking for an established commercial real estate professional with strong relationships and the ability to originate and execute transactions.

Ideally, you will have:

- Significant experience in commercial real estate, investment sales, capital markets, property investment or real estate advisory .




- A proven track record across acquisitions, disposals, development, investment or capital transactions.
- Experience working with institutional investors, private equity, family offices, developers or sophisticated property owners .
- An understanding of property investment structures, feasibility analysis and investment returns.
- Existing relationships within the Australian commercial real estate or investment community.
- Experience in capital raising, equity placement, joint ventures, private credit or structured transactions would be highly regarded.
- Strong commercial judgement and negotiation capability.
- The confidence and presentation skills required to engage directly with high-profile property owners, investors and financial institutions.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate with considerable independence.

Experience in Hotels, PBSA, BTR, Multifamily or the wider Living sector would be highly regarded, although we are also interested in exceptional professionals from other major commercial real estate sectors. Why join us?
