The Opportunity An exciting opportunity now exists for an Associate or Senior Associate to join this high-performing employment team.

You’ll work closely with a very well-regarded Partner and other senior lawyers on a broad mix of advisory and contentious workplace matters. The role offers strong mentoring, direct client exposure and the opportunity to take increasing ownership of matters as your experience develops.

The work includes

✔ Unfair dismissal and general protections claims

✔ Discrimination, bullying and sexual harassment matters

✔ Workplace investigations

✔ Employment contracts, policies and compliance advice

✔ Performance management, disciplinary processes and restructures

✔ Enterprise bargaining and industrial relations matters

✔ Executive exits, restraints and contractual disputes

✔ Workplace health and safety matters

✔ Employment litigation The team acts for employers across a wide range of industries, from smaller organisations through to very large and complex businesses.

About You





✅ Approximately 3–8 years’ PAE in employment law

✅ Experience across advisory and/or contentious employment matters

✅ Strong drafting, analytical and client communication skills

✅ A practical and commercially focused approach

✅ The ability to manage matters autonomously while enjoying collaboration and support

✅ A genuine interest in progressing your career in employment law
