We are seeking an experienced Lawyer (Associate/Senior Associate) to join a well-established and highly regarded Brisbane firm.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including:

- Trust structures
- Corporate structuring and restructures
- Share sales and acquisitions
- Shareholder and unitholder agreements
- Employee share and incentive schemes
- Business structuring and succession planning
- Commercial agreements and general advisory work
- Tax-effective structuring (in conjunction with accountants and professional advisers)

You will work directly with business owners and key decision-makers, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice aligned to their strategic objectives. About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Admission as a Lawyer in Australia
- Experience in corporate/commercial law
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail
- Experience managing files and client relationships with minimal supervision
- A commercially minded,

- Confidence working directly with business owners and advisers
- Strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills
