We are currently partnering with a globally recognised Big 4 firm that is experiencing robust growth and is looking to appoint several Senior Auditors across its Assurance team.

This is an opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of listed, multinational and high-growth private clients while developing your leadership skills and accelerating your progression towards Manager level.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Auditor, you will play a key role in leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, and coaching junior team members. You'll work closely with Managers, Senior Managers and Partners while gaining exposure to complex accounting and reporting matters across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution and completion of external audit engagements
- Manage multiple client engagements and competing deadlines
- Identify and assess financial statement and control risks
- Perform and review complex audit procedures
- Prepare high-quality audit documentation and reports
- Coach, mentor and review the work of junior auditors
- Build strong client relationships and provide value-added insights
- Participate in client planning and closing meetings
- Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance audit delivery




- Contribute to process improvements and innovation within the audit practice

About You

- 2+ years' audit experience within a Big 4 or Mid-Tier accounting firm
- CA/CPA qualified or currently completing your studies
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Experience leading audit engagements and reviewing junior staff work
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for developing and mentoring junior team members
- Full working rights in Australia (Permanent Residency or Citizenship)

Salary Guide

- Senior 1: $97,000 package
- Senior 2: $101,500 package
- Senior 3: $107,000 package
