Partnership Opportunity: MARN-Registered Migration Agent (Australia)

We're looking to partner with a MARN-registered Migration Agent based in Australia to represent Bangladeshi client files for skilled migration visas — subclasses 189, 190, 491, and others.

Bangladesh is a rapidly growing market for both migration and study, with robust and increasing demand from skilled professionals looking to relocate to Australia.

We specialize exclusively in skilled migration and are seeking a legal representative to formally act on behalf of the clients we refer.

Role / Duties

- Act as the registered agent of record for client files forwarded by our team
- Review and lodge skilled visa applications (189, 190, 491, etc.)
- Liaise with clients on case progress and documentation
- Ensure compliance with OMARA/MARA regulations

Terms and Conditions
1. We forward clients after skills assessment; you handle the remaining process — EOI, state nomination application,



and visa lodgments
2. Fully remote role
3. Our business name will be represented on the OMARA website under your registration
4. After signing up with you, we will start sharing clients after 3-4 months as our ongoing clients will not be shared with you.

Compensation Payment will be structured in stages, kept affordable and manageable given our current marketing, office management, higher points requirements and ad campaign costs. Structure to be discussed directly with interested candidates.
