Automotive Parts Interpreter & Warehouse Coordinator

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 superannuation, depending on experience

About the Role

We are a Brisbane-based automotive parts business seeking an experienced and reliable Automotive Parts Interpreter & Warehouse Coordinator.

This is a hands-on role combining independent warehouse management, automotive parts identification, and face-to-face retail customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Warehouse and Inventory Management
- Independently manage daily warehouse operations and optimise storage locations and parts organisation
- Receive, check, label and store incoming automotive parts
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stocktakes and resolve stock discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements
- Order Processing and Customer Service
- Accurately identify and locate parts using vehicle make, model, year, VIN, part number or customer requirements
- Pick, pack and dispatch online orders
- Handle customer orders, returns, exchanges and after-sales enquiries
- Coordination and Warehouse Maintenance




- Coordinate orders and inventory matters with suppliers and internal team members
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse and retail area

Essential Requirements

- At least two years of experience in automotive parts or a related industry
- Previous warehouse management, inventory control or storeperson experience
- Ability to manage warehouse duties independently with limited supervision
- Strong face-to-face customer service and retail sales skills
- Valuable computer and administrative skills
- Physically fit and able to safely lift and move automotive parts
- Reliable, punctual, organised and responsible
- A current Australian driver licence
- Full Australian working rights
