About the Role Our client is a proudly WA-owned and family-operated business that has been providing quality automotive glass services across Perth for more than 40 years.

Based in Welshpool, the business has built an excellent reputation for quality workmanship, reliable service and solid customer relationships.

Due to ongoing demand, they are looking for an experienced Automotive Glazier to join their established team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fitter who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys variety and is confident working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess, repair, replace and fit windscreens and automotive glass across a variety of vehicles in accordance with Australian Standards
- Complete recalibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting productivity, quality and customer service KPIs
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of the wider team




- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Provide professional and friendly service to customers throughout the fitting process

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- A minimum of 2 years' demonstrated automotive glazing experience
- Experience fitting and repairing windscreens to Australian Standards
- Sound technical knowledge of windscreens, automotive glass and vehicle models
- Experience using automotive glazing tools and equipment safely and competently
- Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
- A reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A current driver's licence with the ability to confidently drive both manual and automatic vehicles

A truck licence would be highly desirable. Experience working with trucks, buses, caravans and boats would also be highly regarded.
