Job Requirements:

The primary purpose of the Platforms Engineering team is to provide Engineering, Operations support, and management for Platform technologies like AWS.

Key Responsibilities

- Designing, building, and managing Kubernetes-based platform components on AWS.
- Designing and Improving CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
- Implementing best practices in observability, security, platform reliability, and cost optimisation.
- Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to streamline delivery.
- Implement automations to enhance platform efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational processes.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.
- Participate in DevSecOps practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform engineering processes.
- Provide support and participate in an on-call rotation to ensure system reliability.





Your Skills and Experience

- Proven experience in large-scale platform engineering, preferably with AWS technologies
- Robust understanding of cloud services, architecture, and networking.
- Proficiency in DevOps, platform engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
- Experience in highly regulated enterprises with a focus on security and controls compliance.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies such as AWS EKS, ECS, GitHub Actions, Terraform and Python.
- A passion for solving complex problems and driving engineering excellence.
