Sigma Aerospace is currently seeking experienced B1.3 / B1.4 LAMEs and AMEs to join an established aviation operation in Cairns.
We have multiple positions available and are particularly interested in engineers with experience across Robinson R44, Bell 206 and Bell 407 aircraft.

About the Opportunity The current requirement includes:
2 × R44 Engineers – Bell 206/407 experience highly advantageous.
Additional Bell 206/407 Engineer – Robinson and light Bell experience preferred.
H125 / EC130 experience would also be highly regarded, but is not essential.
The role is primarily based in Cairns, with occasional short-duration travel to alternate bases as required.
Roster The initial working arrangement is expected to be:
Monday–Friday, or
Monday–Thursday For the right candidate, there may be an prospect to transition to a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster after completing initial training and becoming familiar with the operation,
typically after the first couple of months.
About You To be successful, you'll ideally have:
B1.3 / B1.4 LAME or AME qualifications.
CASA-recognised qualifications.
Experience on Robinson R44 and/or Bell 206/407.
Australian working rights.
Current Australian driver's licence.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
A proactive, self-motivated approach.
Commitment to safety and quality.
Desirable Experience
Bell 407
AS350 / H125
EC130
Experience with aircraft maintenance management systems.
Experience with Aerotrack MRO and/or Air Maestro.
Current ASIC and Human Factors qualifications.
