The German Bakehouse Group, based in Coolum Beach (Sunshine Coast), is looking for an experienced Baker to join our team.

4/5 days available in a CASUAL position.

start: 2:00pm finish: 10:00pm.

Guaranteed Sunday off.

Sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Bake different bread types, like pretzels, baguettes and sourdough breads.
- Prepare custom-made products (e.g. various bread shapes, different sized pastries, seasonal items).
- Maintaining cleanliness & safety in our bakery.
- Prepare and decorate pastries or cakes with glazes, icings, buttercream etc.
- Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, cleaning and production levels as required.

To be considered for this role,



you will need to:

- Have a passion for baked goods and pastry
- Have reliable transport
- Have experience in the relevant area (baking, working in a fast paced bakery environment)
- Knowledge of all bakery equipment including mixing, ovens, dividers, sheeter etc.
- Have a positive attitude and love working in a team workplace.

Job Type: Casual Pay: $33.00 – $38.00 per hour
