About the role

We are looking for a skilled Barista to join our team in Adelaide. You will be the face of our espresso service, ensuring every cup meets our high standards while delivering a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and specialty drinks.
- Provide friendly, high-quality customer service to all customers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the espresso station during busy periods.
- Manage orders and payments accurately using the POS system.




- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth café operations and a positive atmosphere.

Requirements

- At least one year of professional experience as a Barista.
- Strong latte art skills and technical confidence behind the espresso machine.
- A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
