As our full time Barista, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coffee and creating a welcoming experience for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing consistently high-quality espresso-based coffees
- Milk texturing and coffee presentation
- Maintaining speed and quality during busy periods
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station
- Monitoring stock and assisting with day-to-day café operations
- Working closely with our wider front-of-house team
About you
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven barista experience
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines
- Excellent milk-texturing skills
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A professional, reliable and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full-time availability, including weekends as required
