We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Barista to join our Front of House team. This is a full-time Monday to Friday position based within our busy in-house café, serving customers and guests visiting the dealership.

As the face of our café, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests while preparing high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Create a welcoming, professional and friendly atmosphere for all customers and guests.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the Sydney BMW brand to the highest standard.

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages efficiently and consistently.

- Assist with the operation of our busy in-house café, including light food and beverage service.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

- Maintain a clean,



organised and well-presented café environment.

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Proven barista experience in a high-volume café environment.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of an enthusiastic and motivated team.

- The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.

- Strong attention to detail and presentation standards.

- Full working rights within Australia.

Desirable Skills

- Latte art experience.

- Previous experience in a premium hospitality or luxury customer service environment.
