Blue Horizon Migration Pty Ltd This role involves preparing and serving espresso coffee and other beverages to guests in our Café. You will be reporting to the Owner.

You will be required to work some weekend days as part of your ongoing 5-day-a-week roster. Role: Barista ANZSCO code: 431112 Benefits Full time, salaried position, 38 hours per week, 5 days/week. Annual Salary: $71,500k Superannuation.

Task & responsibilities Your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Greeting customers and recommending menu items to enhance their experience. Preparing and crafting coffee beverages such as lattes, cappuccinos, espressos, and other specialty drinks.

Grinding coffee beans and selecting blends tailored to customer preferences. Offering pastries/baked goods to complement beverages. Managing customer transactions and operating the point-of-sale system with accuracy.

Restocking coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies to ensure uninterrupted service. Washing and organising cups, glassware, and other equipment for smooth operations.



Cleaning and maintaining coffee-making stations, espresso machines, and preparation areas to ensure hygiene and efficiency.

Qualification & experience The right person for this position has at least 1 year of full time work experience as a BARISTA in Australia in the last 5 years. If the applicant has not undertaken the required 1-year work experience in Australia, they must have 2 years of work experience.

A highly relevant AQF Certificate II or III is a bonus! About Company The Hairy Marron is a café and mountain bike business in Margaret River, offering café services alongside bike hire, repairs and support for the local mountain biking community.
