Established in 2001, Catwalk.com.au is a titan in the Australian online hair and beauty space. We are looking for a high-energy, sales-driven Senior Beauty Advisor to lead our Front of House.

This isn't just "customer service"—this is a role for a closer, a stylist, and a brand ambassador. You’ll be the face of our Gladesville showroom, driving in-store sales, hitting targets, and providing expert advice that keeps our customers coming back.

The Mission

- Drive the Bottom Line: Be the primary salesperson in our showroom, hitting daily and monthly sales targets through expert consultations and upselling.
- Beauty Authority: Provide professional-grade recommendations (Hair/Skin/Beauty) to customers in-person, over the phone, and via live chat.
- Merchandising Mastery: Take ownership of the showroom floor, ensuring stock is perfectly merchandised to entice walk-in sales.
- Multi-Channel Engagement: When the showroom is quiet, you’ll jump into action on Customer tickets, Social Media, and Marketplaces to provide rapid-fire, solution-focused support.
- Database Growth: Proactively sign up recent customers to our loyalty program and keep our community growing.

The Fine Print

- Type: Full-time, Permanent (will start on Casual basis)
- Location: Gladesville, NSW (In-office/Showroom only—no WFH).
- Schedule: Monday – Friday.
