- Working across commercial, corporate and regulatory issues.

- Supporting litigation and dispute management.

- Contributing to strategic projects and industry change initiatives.

- Collaborating with government, industry and senior decision-makers.

We'd love to hear from lawyers who have:

- Experience in property law, conveyancing, land titles, succession law or a related practice area.
n
- An understanding of Torrens title principles and the Queensland land titling system.
n
- Familiarity with the legal and regulatory framework supporting eConveyancing and property transactions.
n
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Excellent drafting and stakeholder management capability.
n
- A genuine interest in complex legal issues and public-interest work.
n
n
Candidates with a background in property law, conveyancing, land titles, succession law, or government and regulatory environments are encouraged to apply.
