About the role

The Warranty Supervisor will work closely with our customers, Sitrak representatives, workshop technicians, and parts team to ensure warranty repairs are managed efficiently and claims are submitted correctly and within required timeframes. You will be responsible for coordinating warranty claims from initial booking through to approval, repair completion and final reimbursement.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end warranty claim process for Sitrak trucks.
- Review warranty repairs and supporting documentation to ensure claims meet manufacturer requirements.
- Prepare and submit warranty claims accurately and within required timeframes.
- Liaise with Sitrak and other suppliers/manufacturers regarding warranty approvals, technical queries and claim outcomes.
- Follow up outstanding warranty claims, approvals, credits and reimbursements.
- Work closely with Service Advisors, Workshop Managers,



Technicians and Parts teams to ensure warranty repairs are correctly documented.
- Review repair orders, technician reports, parts usage and labour information to ensure claims are accurate and recoverable.
- Identify rejected, underpaid or outstanding claims and proactively work to resolve them.
- Maintain accurate warranty records and reporting.
- Monitor warranty claim performance and provide regular reporting to management.

About you

- Previous experience in a warranty administration and coordination or dealership environment.
- Experience within the heavy vehicle automotive or transport industry.
- A strong understanding of warranty claims, repair orders and manufacturer requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple claims and competing priorities.
- Solid follow-up skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- The ability to work independently while also being an effective member of a broader team.
- Good computer skills and confidence working with business management systems.
