THE ROLE

n

This Accounts Payable Manager role works in a small team of 3 in AP and reports into the Finance Manager. The AP team sits in a finance team of c. 8-10 people.

n

This end-to-end AP role is responsible for invoice processing, accruals, expense processing, reconciling balance sheets, and calculating broker commissions.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a career AP supervisor/ manager with end-to-end accounts payable experience and robust communication skills.



You will thrive in a team environment where you and your colleagues can take ownership of accounts payable. You'll be most proud of your accuracy, attention to detail and communication skills.

You will be flexible, adaptable, and have very strong attention to detail.

n

Financial or professional services experience is advantageous (especially if you have experience with broker commissions!).

n

You will be allocating work & supervising 1-2 AP officers who report directly to the finance manager, so you don't need to have directly managed staff to apply for this role.

n

Salary package c. $100-112,000 including super, depending on experience level. This role is based on site in Bondi Junction.
