A well-established construction group is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their growing team. This is a full‐time, permanent role offering long‐term career progression, a supportive team culture, and a genuine focus on work/life balance. You'll be working across a range of commercial projects, managing contracts from pre‐construction through to handover. What You'll Be Doing

- Managing projects from early procurement through to completion and defect liability.
n
- Attending design and site coordination meetings.
n
- Ensuring compliance with building specifications, standards, and contractual obligations.
n
- Conducting tender interviews, subcontractor negotiations, and contract letting.
n
- Overseeing project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
n




- Preparing and maintaining detailed programs and monthly progress reports.
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a Contract Administrator role, ideally within the commercial construction sector.
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Contracts Administration, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
n
- Solid organisational and planning skills with high attention to detail.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- A proactive approach and ability to work both independently and within a team.
n
